Reporting into the CEO of this leading international aid organisation, you will join a energetic and fast paced team, with a broad mandate and plenty of opportunity to “make a difference”.
As the Head of Finance and Administration you will report into the CEO and play a key role in the leadership committee. Your remit will cover Finance, IT, HR, Administration and Strategy; supported by a team of 4 direct reports. The challenge in the role will be to manage a number of competing priorities, whilst ensuring full compliance of financial reporting.
You will be a technically robust manager (CA/CPA) experienced in compliance and managing change. Your communication skills are essential as you will need to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff and present full and complex board reports. Furthermore, a high level of emotional intelligence is required as this is a central role within a small but close-knit team that supports the Asia-Pacific region. Experience within the commercial sector is looked upon favourably and a “can do” attitude is key in making a success of this challenging and varied role.
