A highly successful global organisation, this company is one of the largest providers of food processing machines and equipment in the world. The company is experiencing significant growth and as a result has created this pivotal role to help grow a talented and dynamic sales team to maximise the opportunities in the Australian marketplace.
This role will appeal to a sales specialist, ideally with an engineering/food processing background, who is experienced in the sale of high net worth capital equipment. You have managed complex sales cycles with long lead times and thrive on developing new business. You are passionate about creating an in-depth understanding of your clients’ needs in order to derive the best possible solution. The ability to foster ongoing relationships with clients at all levels will be crucial to meeting the demands of this position.
As a high achieving Sales Manager, ideally with experience within the Industrial Equipment market, you will be extremely self-motivated and thrive on the opportunity to manage and further develop your territory. Domestic travel will be required as will some international travel to Europe for training and attending trade shows.
